Refund Policy – London Business Center
At London Business Center, we value transparency and strive to ensure that all members understand the terms associated with their membership. This Refund Policy is provided to clarify our position regarding payments and refunds in alignment with the terms outlined in your Membership Plan Agreement and Lease License.
1. No Refunds on Rent or Membership Fees
All fees paid for rent, membership plans, or workspace usage are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Monthly or annual rent or membership fees
- Meeting room package fees
- Mailbox or business address service fees
- Access fees including key fob purchases or replacements
- Credit card processing fees
- Convenience fees for non-standard payment methods
As stated in your agreement, early termination of your plan does not entitle you to a refund of any portion of your membership fee. The license agreement continues until the end of the current term, and fees are due through the effective termination date. No refund or proration will be issued for unused time or services.
2. Required Return of Access Materials
In order to complete termination of your membership, all key fobs and mailbox keys must be returned. Licensee is responsible for all applicable charges until these items are returned, and no refunds will be issued in lieu of return.
3. Mail Services
If your plan includes use of a business address or suite number, you must cease use of the address upon cancellation. Continuing to use the address after termination will incur a $100/month charge until online listings (including websites and Google Business Profiles) are updated to reflect your new address. No refunds will be issued for charges incurred due to ongoing address usage.
4. Meeting Room or Facility Bookings
Reservations for meeting rooms or other facilities are non-refundable. Rescheduling may be available if requested in advance and approved at the sole discretion of management.
5. Force Majeure and Access Limitations
Refunds will not be issued for interruptions in utility services, building access, or other services due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather events, government regulations, or power outages), in accordance with Section 28 of the License Agreement.
6. Limited Exceptions
Refund requests outside of the scope of this policy may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed. Such exceptions must be submitted in writing and are subject to management approval.
